At  , our goal is to uphold the value of marriage to society and to promote the skills that build healthy relationships, families and communities. At a time when 40% of children are born outside of marriage on a nation-wide basis, though 90% of Americans still aspire to marriage, the need to get out our message and our healthy relationship tools is critical. When the family crumbles, society crumbles, and we are already seeing the negative effects with unprecedented levels of public spending on social problems, and virtually no spending to prevent family breakdown. As a small non-profit with no fund-raising staff, we need your help to accomplish our mission. We do not charge the true cost of our materials and workshops, yet we don’t run any massive, manipulative fund-raising campaigns. We, like Stella in “A Streetcar Named Desire”, rely on the kindness of the good citizens of America.
