She served as President of her own consulting firm for nine years, and worked for the semi-conductor giant, Intel Corporation, for eight years prior to that. Susan has broad experience in strategic leadership of organizations through facilitating strategic plans, coaching executives in strategic leadership, starting and directing a non-profit educational organization, and serving as a long-range planning manager at Intel. She has extensive experience as a public speaker and teacher as well, through her volunteer activities. Michele Olson Communications Director With over thirty years of experience in Marketing and Communication, Michele oversees our public awareness campaigns to make the public and interested parties aware of the activities and mission of the Foundation.     Debra Bosacki Community Programs Director Debra is our lead trainer for new counties, and is the editor of our Blog and website. Debra founded Garden of the Heart Ministries in 1997, an organization that teaches journaling and prayer from a Christian perspective. Debra has extensive experience in public speaking, teaching workshops, and using the internet as a medium for helping individuals.   John Stanley Development Director Since capping a 25-year career with the YMCA, John has turned his attention to helping nonprofits of special importance to his Legacy Group clients. In his work with these public charities, he focuses on helping them be as effective as they can possibly be through strategic thinking and planning, leadership coaching, and resource development. John's consulting style results in engaged boards of directors, interested donors and accelerated organizational growth.
